Traditional Japanese Vegan Cuisine – Shojin Ryori This gluten free tasting menu crafted by the chefs at Raisu, has been meticulously arranged studying the art and mentality of Shojin Cuisine. SIZZLING STONE BEEF STEAK HITSUMABUSHI – $20
Canadian AAA tender loin beef steak with Raisu original sauce, served on top of garlic butter fried rice in a sizzling hot stone bowl. For the second half of the meal, pour the lightly flavored dashi soup to blend and savor all the deliciousness to the last drop.
Taste the true Udon perfection in its broth at Raisu. An assembly of bonito, mackerel, young sardine, and kelp gently simmered together to develop a long-lasting, complex flavor.
