Derived from humble fare served at Zen temples, TEISHOKU serves nutritionally balanced meal components on a tray. Raisu utilizes superior degree of excellence to this household staple of Japanese cooking with impeccable mains, sides, rice, pickles, and miso soup.

A cutlet of chicken, finely breaded with house-made fresh coarse panko and deep-fried until golden brown. Combined with a Dashi broth then simmered gently covered with egg.
