Traditional Japanese Vegan Cuisine – Shojin Ryori This gluten free tasting menu crafted by the chefs at Raisu, has been meticulously arranged studying the art and mentality of Shojin Cuisine. Derived from humble fare served at Zen temples, TEISHOKU serves nutritionally balanced meal components on a tray. Raisu utilizes superior degree of excellence to this household staple of Japanese cooking with impeccable mains, sides, rice, pickles, and miso soup.
